1. Custom & Bespoke Orders Each piece is carefully crafted to the highest international standards and made specifically for your project; therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" once production has begun.

2. Manufacturing Defects In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or damage upon delivery, please reach out to us within 48 hours.

Claims must include clear photographs of the defect.

Our technical team will evaluate the claim to decide if a repair or replacement is necessary.

3. Color & Texture Variations Please be aware that slight variations in color (dye-lot) and texture are natural characteristics of premium natural wool and silk fibers and are not deemed defects.
