1. Bespoke Order Process

• All custom designs begin with a conceptual sketch and material curation phase.

• Production only commences once the client has approved the final design, color palette, and technical specifications.

• Our team ensures every piece is manufactured to the highest international calibre using premium fibers.

2. Payment & Orders

• For orders placed through our website, we currently accept Manual Bank Transfers.

• Payment proof must be sent via WhatsApp (+62 812-9316-1515) or email for verification.

• An official Invoice will be issued for every transaction, containing your unique order number.

3. Product Characteristics

• As our carpets are made from premium wool and silk, slight variations in color and texture are natural and reflect the artisanal nature of the product.

• Our products are engineered for long-lasting durability in both residential and hospitality environments.

4. Intellectual Property

• All designs, sketches, and patterns created by the Golden Dragon design team remain the intellectual property of PT Flamindo Carpetama.
